Welcome to Almont Ink Tattoo Studio and Shop (“Almont Ink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our studio, purchasing our products, or using our website (https://almontink.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Studio Policies

Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old with valid, government-issued photo identification to receive a tattoo at Almont Ink. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, in accordance with Michigan state law and local ordinances.

Health & Safety

  • All procedures are performed using single-use, sterile equipment in compliance with Michigan Department of Health regulations and Lapeer County ordinances.
  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving a tattoo.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose health may be at risk.
  1. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Booking

  • Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or through our website.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to artist availability or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Payment & Refunds
  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as posted in the shop.
  • All sales of tattoo services, gift cards, and retail products are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services or opened merchandise.
  • If you have concerns about your tattoo or product, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All artwork, designs, and content created by Almont Ink artists remain the intellectual property of Almont Ink unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without express permission.
  1. Website Use
  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site or its content. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering of website material.
  • User-submitted content (such as reviews or comments) must not be unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringe on the rights of others.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Tattooing involves certain risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, and scarring. By receiving a tattoo at Almont Ink, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
  • Almont Ink and its employees are not liable for any complications or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Almont Ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
